The service includes personalized reception at the Arrivals gate, where the driver will be waiting for the clients, assistance with luggage to the vehicle and direct transfer in high-end Mercedes vehicles, comfortable and spacious.

Once the booking is made, you must send an email to reservas@clubmaspalomassuites.com

Detailing the following information:

• Airport → Hotel: flight number, arrival time and number of people. If there is any change in the flight or in the provided details, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible.
• Hotel → Airport: requested pick-up time at the hotel and number of people.

Standard capacity: up to 3 adults, with a maximum of 3 suitcases and 3 pieces of hand luggage.

For 4 people, a Mercedes station wagon vehicle will be necessary, with a supplement of €15 on the corresponding trip rate.

• Airport → Hotel for 4 people: €90 per trip
• Hotel → Airport for 4 people: €83 per trip

In this case, the capacity will be up to 4 suitcases and 4 pieces of hand luggage.

Any additional items or special luggage may entail a supplement, the amount of which must be consulted in advance.

The service can be booked up to 48 hours in advance. For requests with less notice, you must contact the hotel directly at 928 141 678, with confirmation being subject to availability.
