At the “Góndola” à la carte restaurant we will offer a traditional Italian cuisine service with top-level expressions in gastronomy and service. We have designed a range of carefully selected dishes, using top-quality ingredients from our land as a base.
The burrata caprese salad with pesto (with local tomato and burrata made in the Canary Islands), the tasty Spaghetti carbonara with black pork belly (from the Canary Islands livestock sector) or the Grilled octopus with its mojo sauce and black potatoes (local product), in addition to a select selection of meats and fish, are some of the numerous creations that we present, crowned by an extensive wine list and exquisite desserts.
Guests with Half Board will enjoy a 25% discount on food prices (drinks not included).
