Internal transparency policy - ICHIBAN SL
This document includes the policies on transparency in the management and publication of ICHIBAN SL (Club Maspalomas Suites & SPA). Through this internal policy, ICHIBAN SL makes society aware of how we act, providing easy access to our economic and financial data and all information that reflects our work in the business field.
We drafted some basic points of action, establishing an appropriate mechanism to facilitate accessibility to published data and the reuse of information. These points are the following:
• Annual publication of the Annual Report on the evaluation of the application of the Canarian Transparency Law.
• Identification of the sources of annual subsidies received by the entity.
• General audit of the entity's accounts
• Publication on the web of the organization chart and operation, services we provide and ways to access them, news and articles of interest.
• And everything that, as a Society, we must collect according to Law 12/2014 on Transparency of the Government of the Canary Islands.
